Vimeo is just a better video service than Youtube.com While youtube is more popular, vimeo is a smoother looking interface. Plus the videos can be longer than 10 minutes, and thats good for cycling videos.

These make good training videos for what goes on in a typical C’s race at the velodrome. a) Riders tend follow the leading wheel a bit higher in case of line or speed changes, resulting in a riders echelon up the track and out of the sprinters lane. b) Some riders are just trying to survive so will move anywhere to shelter behind a wheel, be it in the lane or not. c) there is not a lot of power in the riders so gaps form quickly, so d) riders that can compete for points are continually hedging and staying in a position to go around others. e) As pace increases the pack strings out, and riders then head to the sprint lane, but f) not many riders are actually checking before drifting down into the lane. Good training video because when a rider can understand WHY things happen, they can anticipate them, be more comfortable, and ride safer.
