Team BEER is way into the project aspect of building bicycles, and for a few the building has evolved into a theme based project. This current project will involve making this Juvenile Motobecane a ride-able bicycle once again. If you have ever restored a bicycle, then you know that some parts can be difficult to obtain. If you have ever restored a French Bicycle, then you know this process can be a bit more difficult. Well a French Juvenile bicycle is a weird French bicycle. This one is going to take while.
Weird Specs:

Bottle opener and 5mm headset spacer.
Mike Ahrens sent us a new shipment of Wisecrackers with the BEER logo. If you into it, these not only crack open your favorite beverage, but they also double as a 5mm headset spacer. Contact us if you want to order one.

Denial of Service Attack Carnage
At 12pm eastern time, October 9th, Cyclocrossers across the nation banned together to launch a Denial of Service Attack against the registry service known as SportsBase Online. It is not known exactly why this act was carried out.
Source information at this time is sketchy at best. Some sources are saying that the force acting against Sportsbase online are at least Race Age 30 or older.
Other sources say that some members have known of this attack for some time. While others only found out about the attack hours before the scheduled attack start time. The attack sources are scattered across the entire nation, thus making it difficult to capture so many multiple incoming IP addresses that can be used later in an investigation.
Other sources are stating that the leader is not clearly known since the attackers are so wide spread. However there are some sources stating that the acting body may have been directed by USA Cycling. It is not known at this time why USA Cycling would want to deny service to Sports Base Online. Since Sports Base Online is the registry service that all Masters 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 racers are using to race at Cyclocross Nationals in Bend, Oregon.
Hope you got registered!
